(“Finch” or “Finch Therapeutics”) (Nasdaq: FNCH), a clinical-stage microbiome therapeutics company leveraging its Human-First Discovery platform to develop a novel class of orally administered biological drugs, today announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $17.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Finch, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be $127.5 million. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Finch. In addition, Finch has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
Finch’s shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Friday, March 19, 2021 under the ticker symbol “FNCH.” The offering is expected to close on March 23, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
